All products marketed by the Affinity Group are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in accordance with current legislation.

Excluded from the warranty are products that, once delivered to the customer, have suffered any deterioration due to external events, accidents, etc. or if they are damaged or due to misuse or improper use. The decrease in the functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of their conception, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

AFFINITY Group does not cover any type of warranty for products and/or services sold by third parties.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us in advance to inform us of the manufacturing defect and provide the relevant invoice number.

Our customer service staff will follow the “RMA” return process described in our “General Conditions of Sale”. The shipping and transport costs of the defective product for testing will always be charged to the buyer.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced by an equal one. The cost of shipping the exchanged product shall be borne by AFFINITY Group.

In the event that, after verification, AFFINITY Group or the manufacturer determines that there is no manufacturing defect and that the issue is due to misuse, the product will be made available to the customer for withdrawal, in person or by a transport agency to be determined, or for shipment by the company freight collect. Please note that in this case, AFFINITY Group will not assume the costs of shipping the product to the customer..
